Here, horrible truths that occurred inside the brick walls of the state hospitals are exposed.

Patricia Lubeck grew up in a small, rural town in southwestern Minnesota. After high school, she attended the University of Minnesota for a year; then trained to become an ophthalmic assistant, working with four prominent ophthalmologists in downtown Minneapolis.
